It's simple! First, book an appointment via our website or WhatsApp. You will receive a secure video link. At the scheduled time, click the link to connect with your doctor via your smartphone or computer. No special software is required.
Can I request Dr. Evans Osei Frimpong specifically?
Yes. You can request a premium consultation specifically with our CEO and Lead Specialist, Dr. Evans Osei Frimpong. Please select his name when booking your appointment. Note that due to his administrative duties as CEO, his availability may be more limited.
Can I get a prescription online?
Yes. If medically necessary, our doctors will issue a digital prescription that is sent directly to your phone or your preferred local pharmacy for pickup.
What payment methods do you accept?
