2. Nature of Telemedicine Services

MediPulse 360 provides medical consultations via digital communication (video/audio). You acknowledge that:

• Not for Emergencies: Our services are NOT for life-threatening emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
• Limitations: Diagnosis is based on the information you provide. In some cases, a physical examination may be required, and our doctors will refer you to a physical facility.
• Prescriptions: Prescriptions are issued at the doctor's discretion and are subject to local laws.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

Consultation fees must be paid prior to the appointment via our supported digital payment methods (Mobile Money, Credit/Debit Cards).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices concerning information collection, transmission, and use described in that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MediPulse 360 and its licensors.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., abusive behavior towards staff).

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which MediPulse 360 is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
