Can I get a prescription online?

Yes. If the doctor determines that medication is necessary for your condition, they will issue a digital prescription. This can be sent directly to your phone or forwarded to your nearest pharmacy for pickup or delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mobile Money (Momo), Visa, Mastercard, and selected Health Insurance policies. Payment is typically required to confirm your booking slot.

Is my personal health information secure?

Absolutely. MediPulse 360 uses end-to-end encryption for all video calls and stores patient records in a HIPAA-compliant secure database. Your privacy is our top priority.

Can I see Dr. Evans Osei Frimpong specifically?

Yes, you can request a consultation specifically with our CEO, Dr. Evans. Please select his name when booking your appointment. Note that his availability may be more limited due to high demand.

What if I have a medical emergency?

MediPulse 360 is for non-emergency medical issues. If you have a life-threatening emergency (chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing), please go to the nearest hospital emergency room immediately.
